Welcome! Our Secondary School (Grades 6–12) nurtures young minds as they grow into thoughtful, confident, and globally-minded individuals.

We are proud to offer a dynamic, student-centered experience that supports every learner’s academic, social, and emotional growth. Through a strong academic program, meaningful leadership opportunities, and a vibrant school life, TASOK Secondary students develop the skills, knowledge, and values they need to succeed in a changing world. Our Secondary School is divided into two key programs:

Middle Years Program (MYP): Grades 6–10
Diploma Program (DP): Grades 11–12

Each stage builds upon the last, helping students discover their passions, think critically, and engage deeply with their learning and community.

Message From the Secondary School Principal

TASOK Secondary School students are bright, kind, engaging, and active.

Our Secondary School program promotes student growth through rigorous academics taught in English, with a strong commitment to inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and real-world application. As an IB World School offering both the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP), we aim to develop students who possess a passion for learning, a healthy curiosity about the world, and the skills to lead with purpose and integrity. We strive to nurture creativity and independence while ensuring that every learner is challenged, supported, and inspired.

Beyond academics, TASOK Secondary is a place where students thrive socially, emotionally, and ethically. Our vibrant advisory program, social-emotional learning initiatives, and wellness programs foster resilience, empathy, and leadership. We encourage every student to take part in dynamic arts, athletics, service learning, and leadership opportunities that build confidence and a strong sense of community.

We take great pride in our many nationalities, languages, and cultures. The Middle Years Program (Grades 6-10)

At TASOK, the Middle Years Program (MYP) builds on the strong foundations of the PYP by nurturing students’ curiosity, creativity, and sense of responsibility. Designed for learners aged 11–16 (Grades 6–10), the MYP encourages students to explore big ideas, ask important questions, and take meaningful action in the world around them.

Our students learn by connecting subjects, thinking critically, and applying their learning to real-life challenges. Every day is an opportunity to grow as independent thinkers, collaborators, and global citizens.

The Diploma Program (Grades 11-12)

At TASOK, the IB Diploma Program (DP) offers students a rigorous, balanced, and inspiring academic journey during their final two years of secondary school. Our DP learners are empowered to think deeply, act ethically, and contribute meaningfully to their local and global communities.

Pathways to Graduation

🎓 TASOK Diploma

All students who successfully complete TASOK’s high school graduation requirements earn the TASOK Secondary School Diploma.
This diploma certifies that students have met a broad set of academic standards across core subjects — including English, Mathematics, Sciences, Individuals and Societies, Languages, Arts, and Physical Education — and have demonstrated growth as learners, leaders, and global citizens.

🌍 TASOK IB Diploma (IBDP)

Students enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) pursue a two-year, internationally recognized course of study that emphasizes academic rigor, critical thinking, global engagement, and research.
TASOK students who meet all IBDP requirements — including coursework across six subject groups, Theory of Knowledge (TOK), the Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) — are awarded both the IB Diploma and the TASOK Diploma upon graduation.

The IB Diploma is highly respected by universities around the world for its depth, balance, and preparation for post-secondary success.

🌐 TASOK IB Bilingual Diploma (IBDP)

TASOK offers students the opportunity to earn the prestigious IB Bilingual Diploma.

This is awarded to students who successfully complete two Language A courses (typically English and French) or meet specific performance criteria in a second language subject.

Students who earn the IB Bilingual Diploma also receive the TASOK Secondary School Diploma.

The IB Bilingual Diploma reflects advanced academic achievement and bilingual proficiency, demonstrating a student’s ability to study and communicate fluently in two languages — an advantage highly valued by universities and future employers worldwide.
