Preschool

Play meets purpose in our PYP Learning Community.
At TASOK, our Preschool program (PS1 age 3 and PS2 age 4) is more than just a starting point—it’s where curiosity, creativity, and confidence take root.
Grounded in the IB Primary Years Program (PYP) early years framework, we nurture young learners through inquiry-based experiences that are joyful, meaningful, and developmentally rich.
In every moment, learning is guided by a deep respect for how young children grow and explore. We believe that meaningful learning happens when children feel connected, supported, and inspired by the world around them. Through intentional design and responsive teaching, we create environments where wonder leads to discovery, and exploration leads to understanding.

Readiness & Independence
Supporting your child’s journey toward confident, capable learning.

We welcome children aged three and above who are ready to engage in a positive, play-based learning environment. To join our Preschool program, children must be fully toilet trained, and families should be prepared to support school policies and provide consistency in their child’s experiences.
A core goal of our Preschool program is to foster independence. Children are encouraged to manage basic self-care tasks such as feeding themselves, using the bathroom independently, and carrying their own belongings to and from the classroom. These important skills help build confidence and self-reliance from an early age.
For practical details about the school day—including health and safety guidelines, snacks, water bottles, and lunch—please refer to the Elementary Family Handbook available on this website.
