Dear Elementary School Parents,

For the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year, TASOK Elementary School will be requiring each family to purchase “Elementary School Kits.”  These kits include various school supplies which have been carefully selected by your child’s classroom teacher.  The aims of this new approach include ensuring that each child is prepared with the essential school supplies for their designated grade as well as making it more convenient for individual families to acquire the specific materials at a reasonable price.  All supplies will be conveniently assembled for each student and will be available for purchase and pick-up on Registration Day on August 10th from 9 a.m. to noon in the CAC.  The following prices, inclusive of one new PE shirt, for the required kits are listed below:

Kindergarten:  $50
First Grade:  $70
Second Grade:  $80
Third Grade:  $65
Fourth Grade:  $75
Fifth Grade:  $60

Extra school kits, school supplies, and spirit gear will be available in our brand new school store housed on the elementary school campus. This will help with restocking small items such as pencils, erasers, the occasional notebook, and other miscellaneous items that your child will need periodically throughout the year.  We are enthusiastic about this new initiative and appreciate your cooperation.
