When applying for enrollment at TASOK, please make sure that you bring the following documents:

1. Student Information Form

2. Proof of Date of Birth – copy of passport or birth certificate

3. School Records – report cards of the previous 2 years of school up to grade 8 / official transcripts for high school (new students only)
4. Completed Health Form

5. Yellow Fever Card / Vaccination record

6. Two (2) recent photographs of your child

7. Map of how to get to your home from school (To be completed once in Kinshasa)

8. Letter from employer/ agency to make payment to TASOK ( if applicable) (To be completed once in Kinshasa)

In addition, a one-time registration fee is required for all student from Grade 1 to 12.

Re-registration for each new school year and placement testing for new students is from mid-May to mid-June. Registration and placement testing for new students begins again in early August, two weeks before the beginning of the school year. However, new students may also complete the enrollment procedure and enter TASOK at any time during the school year. Please contact us if you are interested in more information.
